MY Happy Mother’s Day!

Besides the fact that he lives and breathes and is happy, smart and wonderful - - this was the best gift of my Mother’s Day written by my the light of my life.  My son’s Mother’s day poem to me:

An Ode to a Wonderful Mother

Mommy, you are truly as wise as Aristotle,

You always provide me with perfect advice,

Ever since my mouth touched the very first bottle,

You’ve taught me to be compassionate, understanding and always nice.

Your love is a lighthouse that welcomes all,

It provides a guiding light for those who are lost,

Even for those who think they can’t get up once they fall,

Are supported by your love with no cost.

It seems like time flies when I’m with  you,

There’s no doubt I’m having the most fun,

Flying faster than than the speed of light times two,

But I only want it to be times one!

You’re a wonderful woman engendering a wonderful world

A delightful place for every boy and girl.

But I am the most lucky boy of all.

To have you as my MOM!

I LOVE YOU!

Yeah, this from my teenage son.  I LOVE HIM.  And, as he points out, I love each and every one of you!  XOXOE
